Our Friday Class schedule will have two series of classes at two different locations. The location for the first class series will be at Chef Darin's Kitchen Table  and the second series location will be held at Peregrin Rooftop Bar at The Perry Lane Hotel. Any "All Day" class passes noted below are location specific and NOT day specific. Patron's should also be aware that there may be a time overlap between the classes at the two venues.

Kitchen Table Class FR-KT1: Jump Right In: Kitchen Know How with Cynthia Graubart

Taste the flavors of the Lowcountry with Chef Brandon Carter.  Working with both farmers and artisans of the region, Chef Carter’s menus always offer flavors reflective of the seasonality and bounty of the land.  Savor the best of this season’s harvests and learn how to bring them home to your table in a beautifully composed dish of flounder ceviche, cilantro, chili, red onion, ginger, citrus, corn, sweet potato, and fried maize crafted by Chef.

Join the Cocktail Bandits; the Curly Ladies who Talk Cocktails Daily, as they take you on a mini course about the caffeinated cocktail movement and sample 3 delicious coffee variations throughout the class.

One of the Lowcountry’s most beloved chefs, Orchid Paulmeir of One Hot Mama’s and The Lodge, kicks off round two of our Big Green Egg afternoon.  With her own line of barbecue sauces and dry rub, Backyard BBQ Rub, this collaboration is sure to be a flavorful one not to be missed.  Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Whiskey is sticking around as well to keep the party going!

Perry Lane Class FR-PL2: Let’s Get Cooked: Big Green Egg Demo with Bob Cook of Edmund’s Oast

Time: 4:00 PM - 5:15 PM

Big Green Egg groupies and aspiring fans alike will not want to miss this one stop shop for all that is savory and good in this world.  Chef Bob Cook of Charleston’s celebrated Edumnd’s Oast will be preparing a five spiced pork belly alongside a herb salad with grilled fruit and tamarind as he instructs you on the ins and outs for replicating this delectable dish in your own backyard.  Located at The Perry Lane Hotel’s new rooftop Bar, Peregrin, Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Whiskey will be making sure each guest has a drink in hand as they soak in the views of downtown Savannah.

The Savannah Food & Wine Festival is presented by the Tourism Leadership Council, a 501-(c) 6 organization, and The AdFish Group, with proceeds benefiting the TLC Scholarship Fund, with educational opportunities for hospitality program students in colleges and universities in the Coastal Empire and many local charitable organizations.
