Lionel is a native of Pensacola Florida, and a graduate in culinary arts from Pensacola State College. His passion and love for cooking derived from his French and Italian family roots where cooking was the center of every event.
Working for many of the top restaurants in Pensacola and mentored by James Beard Award winning chefs, Lionel has decided to bring his culinary career to the next level by relocating to Jacksonville and teaching at Publix Aprons Cooking School.
The Savannah Food & Wine Festival is presented by the Tourism Leadership Council, a 501-(c) 6 organization, and The AdFish Group, with proceeds benefiting the TLC Scholarship Fund, with educational opportunities for hospitality program students in colleges and universities in the Coastal Empire and many local charitable organizations.
