Our Friday Class schedule will have two series of classes at two different locations. The location for the first class series will be at Chef Darin's Kitchen Table  and the second series location will be held at Peregrin Rooftop Bar at The Perry Lane Hotel. Any "All Day" class passes noted below are location specific and NOT day specific. Patron's should also be aware that there may be a time overlap between the classes at the two venues.

Perry Lane Class FR-PL1: Charcoal Chicken - Big Green Egg Style

Master the art of the Big Green Egg with Bluffton’s Chef Brandon Carter as he leads guests in preparing FARM’s signature Charcoal Grilled Chicken served with cabbage, avocado, red onion, mint, basil, and toasted rice powder. Beginning with the marinade, Chef Brandon will demo the dish from start to finish, sharing some of his best tips and tricks along the way – including how to create a flavorful grilling marinade and tackle live fire cooking – with delicious results.

Bob Cook, Executive Chef of Edmund’s Oast in Charleston will demonstrate how to through a genuine Al Pastor Taco Party with the Big Green Egg! Jayce McConnell, Head Bartender from Edmund’s Oast will join Bob and pair the perfect Ron Barcelo Rum signature cocktail. This is going to be the class (and party) you won’t want to miss!

Join Gullah Geechee Culinary Artist, Benjamin “BJ” Dennis for a Gullah twist on Oysters Rockefeller with fresh local greens (not spinach) and “secret” Gullah seasonings – and the ever so important, temperature controls. Local oysters, local greens and Ireland’s best beers, Guinness! BJ was recently highlighted in the October issue of Bon Appetit Magazine – don’t miss this BGE class!
