A native of Albany, GA, Chef Todd brings nearly 20 years of experience to the table, literally!
While attending the Art Institute of Atlanta’s Culinary Program, Chef Todd trained at the Ritz-Carlton in Buckhead. He had the pleasure to work with many Chefs from around the world in Centennial Park during the 1996 Summer Olympics. Following his training at the Ritz-Carlton, Chef Todd worked alongside some of Georgia’s most accomplished Chefs at Carbo’s in Atlanta, GA.
Chef Todd searched and found a different pace with relocation in Savannah, GA. He began a lengthy career with Marriott. Chef Todd worked for Marriott for almost 15 years. He traveled around the country, for Marriott, as one of their Senior Chefs.
Chef Todd has gained many years of experience with cuisines, notoriety, and appreciation for food.
He returned to his home town a few years ago and decided to share his passion and knowledge of food by becoming the Department chair and instructor at Albany Technical College Culinary Dept.
